On Surreal Sunday we put on Pigeon Masks and wear pigeon heels to blend in among the birbs when we go out to the park to feed the pigeons. These pigeon pumps were created by Kyoto Ohata who, according to My Modern Met, was concerned about upsetting the pigeons while walking through an area where they congregate. In effort to avoid causing the pigeons to scatter she decided to customize a pair of heels to help her feet blend in with the flock.
